BSc in Landscape Design from the Agricultural University of Iceland and a MSc in Sustainable Urban Design from Lund University in Sweden, where she specialized in urbanization of suburban neighborhoods with focus on public transit, walkability, playful public realm and sustainable drainage solutions. Current work includes land-use planning at a municipal level and urban design.

Completed his architectural training in the UK and the United States, holds a Masters Degree in Theories of Representation, and also a Certificate in Management Consulting from Grenoble Graduate Business School in France. A place strategist, architect, urban designer, management consultant and published author with over twenty five years of experience and has led projects involving urban visioning, the design of large-scale mixed-use developments, placebrand strategy, academic research and thought leadership publishing. He is currently involved in Place Visioning projects all over the world.

After graduation Eva worked in wind power in Sweden at Vattenfall where she was a GIS lead for Swedish projects at Vattenfall Vindkraft. Eva’s work experience includes GIS analyzing, mapping, web GIS and remote sensing.

Her career includes project management in consulting and management roles in both the private and public sectors. Her main fields of work apart from running Alta and project management, have been in regional development and sustainable land-use planning, development of national and regional parks, implementation of sustainable drainage systems, environmental impact assessment, strategic environmental assessment, implementation of development projects, external evaluations and change management in general.

Dóra worked previously as a planner at the city of Reykjavík, and as a planning director for Faxaflóahafnir (Associated Icelandic Ports). Current work includes diverse aspects of municipal land-use planning, master planning, urban design and environmental impact assessments.

MSc in Geography from University of Iceland with a focus on urban environments, 2014 and BA in Architecture from the Iceland University of the Arts, 2011. She founded the urban research collective Borghildur that analysed life in public spaces and in her Master's thesis she did research on the relationship between the urban environment and physical activity. Her work experience includes land-use planning and urban design, design and visualization in a broad sense with illustration, layout, GIS mapping and analyzing, 3D modeling and web design.
